As all the telecom companies have servers at their backend, Damcon has the responsibility of maintenance of all type of small, medium and large servers.
On-Site Service
Generating Trouble Ticket
Root Cause Analysis
Spare part management
Inspection of existing equipment / new equipment
Generating the Work order / variation order
Execution of activity
Service line agreement
Provide the dedicated team 24x7x365 for the sites
Provide the dedicated transport for 24x7x365 hours with driver as requirement of client.
Damcon will make sure that all consumables for transportation available 24x7x365 hours so required SLA can be achievable.
All Engineers which are deputed in the region for this job will report to client authored person in the region.
Regional Engineer is responsible for TT generating, closing, provide root cause analysis, Reconstruction / Precaution, On-site Service Form Signature,
Follow the issues in the Region, On-site training if required, Customer meeting about the pending issues, Inspection of existing equipment/new equipment, Spare part management.
